My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a great view from the 18th floor, but unfortunately, the AC was not working properly, and the water in the fridge and shower was not up to standard. The service was pleasant and helpful, with the staff making efforts to ensure I had a room for rest. The location was peaceful and close to malls and restaurants, making it convenient. However, the dining experience lacked some items and had surprising opening hours. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
